Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is great, being just off the Mumbai-Pune expressway, and the separate room for the TV and sofa was a nice touch, the room itself left much to be desired with its unpleasant smell and lack of basic amenities. Service was a bit of a rollercoaster too, with some staff being helpful, while others were less accommodating. Overall, it wasn't the most ideal stay.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful balconies and the relaxing pool and jacuzzi area, which made for a great retreat. However, I was a bit disappointed when my room was on a different floor than promised, and I found myself missing some basic amenities. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re just looking for a quiet getaway.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, especially with their balconies, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice touches. Unfortunately, I encountered some maintenance issues that took away from my comfort, particularly unpleasant smells in the lifts. Despite these downsides, I found it to be a pleasant stay overall, and I would consider returning.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had some great features, like a bathtub and a separate TV area, but they felt smaller than what was advertised. Service was a bit hit or miss; while some staff were very helpful, there were others who didn’t quite meet expectations, especially with food options. Overall, it offers good value, especially given its proximity to nature, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
I had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying the beautiful balconies and the relaxing pool area with a jacuzzi. The rooms, although visually appealing, were held back by maintenance issues and were not ready until later in the afternoon. Service was a mixed bag, with some helpful staff but also instances of delays and cold food. Despite some drawbacks, I would definitely consider returning.
During my stay, I found the hotel to be quite spacious and easy to locate right on the main road. However, the lack of basic amenities like a stirrer for drinks and an ironing board was disappointing. Also, check-in took a while, with rooms not being ready until around 3:30 PM. While the service was a mixed bag, with helpful staff, some interactions felt a bit rude, especially regarding the pool rules. Overall, the experience had its pros and cons, so I might reconsider for my next stay.
I had a decent stay at the hotel with some highlights and low points. The rooms were quite spacious and featured a unique bathtub slide door bathroom, but there was an unpleasant smell in the lift area. The service was accommodating, especially when my breakfast was mistakenly thrown away, but maintenance seemed to be lacking in some areas. Overall, it's a convenient spot right off the expressway, making it easy to access, though not without its issues.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were clean but a bit smaller than I expected, and I missed some basic amenities like an iron board and a tea stirrer. The location felt serene and connected to nature, which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired as interactions were quite rude at times. While the facilities had potential, the food definitely didn't meet my expectations, and overall it felt overpriced for what was offered.
My stay was a mixed experience. The rooms had a unique layout, including a separate area for the TV and sofa, but they felt smaller than shown in the pictures. The service was hit-or-miss; while some staff were attentive, one interaction was surprisingly rude. Location-wise, being so close to the Mumbai-Pune expressway was convenient for avoiding Lonavala traffic, but I found the surroundings to be littered. Dining wasn't very appealing, and the wait for food was too long for my liking.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was quite convenient, being just off the Mumbai-Pune expressway, which was great for avoiding Lonavala traffic. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired with paint scrapes and a foul smell in the lift. On the brighter side, the service was responsive, but there seemed to be a real lack of maintenance throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
